Payment Method
Direct Billing
Acceptable payment methods are credit cards, debit cards, The Spa at Ambleside’s gift card, and cash.
We offer direct billing to most health insurance companies. However, some insurance companies have some limitations and we are bound to these. All guests are expected to provide an alternate payment method in the event that their insurance provider doesn’t cover the treatment.
Guest Amenities
Guests who have allergies or special health concerns should check with our front desk regarding ingredients in our amenities. These include, but are not limited to, the complimentary drinks and snacks and the amenities in the change rooms such as our shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hand soap, etc.
Medical Concerns
Guests who have medical concerns or are pregnant are advised to seek their doctor’s advice prior to booking any spa service.
The use of sauna has numerous health benefits. However, there are also contraindications to this. For your safety, please seek the advice of your doctor prior to using our sauna.
